This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders placed on our website www.pacificgiftworks.com (the “Website”), delivery timeframes, shipping options, and related terms. Placing an order means you agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. Order Processing Time

All orders require processing before shipment. •Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

  • Ready-to-Ship Orders: Typically processed within 2 business days before shipment.
  • Customized Orders: Items that include customization (e.g., custom messages and/or laser engravings, package content modifications, branded corporate gifts) may require additional processing time, generally up to 5–10 business days, depending on complexity and customization requirements.
  1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Currently all orders ship only within the US.

  • Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • Alaska and Hawaii shipping timelines are subject to carrier availability and timelines.
  1. Shipping Fees
  • All Ready-to-Ship items’ shipping costs are included within the purchase price. Alaska and Hawaii shipping has $10 additional cost.
  • All Customized and/or Corporate orders shipping fees will be separately calculated and approved before invoicing.
  1. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking number and carrier details.
  • Tracking information allows you to monitor your package’s progress until delivery.
  1. Delivery Restrictions & Requirements
  • Most shipping carriers require a physical street address for delivery.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes.
  • If an order is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges to re-deliver may apply.
  1. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging materials so we can assist.
  • Lost or Delayed Packages: If tracking indicates the package was lost or significantly delayed, contact us — we will support resolution with the carrier.
  • We are not liable for delays outside our control once the package has left our facilities.
