Return Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our curated gift boxes, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Reliable nationwide delivery — most Pacific Giftworks gifts arrive within 3–5 business days from our Seattle WA studio.
Free shipping is available to all US addresses except AK and HI. Additional fees may apply to AK and HI
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and ready for shipment within 1 business day. Transit time is typically 2–5 business days. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
For bulk orders of five gifts or more, lead times may exceed 1–3 business days. We will contact you after receiving your order to confirm shipping timelines.
