How Our Custom Gifting Process Works
Submit an Inquiry Form
Start by completing our online inquiry form with details about your gifting needs, including timeline, budget, estimated quantity, and any initial ideas. This helps us understand your requirements.
Communication
We’ll follow up with the information you need to determine whether we’re a good fit. If you prefer, we’re happy to schedule a complimentary consultation call.
Project Fit Assessment
We review the project scope, timeline, budget, and complexity to ensure alignment with our capabilities and your expectations. If we determine we’re a good match and you choose to proceed, a signed agreement and non‑refundable deposit are required to secure your project.
Designing Customized Gift Options
Our team creates tailored gift concepts based on your preferences, brand identity, and recipient profile. Each option is thoughtfully designed to be unique and impactful.
Design Approval & Final Invoice
Once you approve the design and submit remaining balance of payment, building your gifts begins immediately.
Assembly and Delivery
Our team carefully crafts and assembles each gift. Standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks following design approval. We coordinate shipping and delivery to your specified location(s), ensuring secure packaging and timely arrival.
