Order Processing Time

All orders require processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Ready‑to‑Ship Orders: Typically processed within 2 business days before shipment.
  • Customized Orders: Orders that include customization (such as custom messages, laser engravings, package content modifications, or branded corporate gifts) may require additional processing time, generally 5–10 business days, depending on complexity and customization requirements.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • Currently, we ship within the United States only.
  • Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • Shipping timelines for Alaska and Hawaii are subject to carrier availability and delivery schedules.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs for Ready‑to‑Ship items are included in the purchase price.
  • Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii incur an additional $10 shipping fee.
  • Shipping fees for Customized and/or corporate orders are calculated separately and must be approved prior to invoicing.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and carrier details. Tracking information allows you to monitor your package’s progress until deliver.

Delivery Restrictions & Requirements

  • Most shipping carriers require a physical street address for delivery.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • If an order is returned due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges for re-delivery may apply.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage and packaging materials so we can assist you.
  • Lost or Delayed Packages: If tracking indicates a package has been lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will assist with resolutions through the carrier.
  • We are not liable for delays outside of our control once the package has left our facilities.
