1. Ready-to-Ship Orders: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days with photos for review.
2. Customized Items: Since customized products are made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error.
3. Cancellation: You may request order cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, orders are not be cancellable due to production timelines.
